GHex 2.4.0 "From Poltergeist To Zeitgeist"

finally, every user's must, a binary editor, to go with your upcoming
Gnome 2.4 desktop: a brand new release of ghex, one of the oldest Gnome
applications still around;)

what's new?

- fixed english docs and added german, spanish, french, italian,
  swedish, koreah and two flavours (traditional and simplified) of
  chinese docs (Irene, Mike)
- a number of small inconsistencies and flaws in UI were removed and
  the overall look'n'feel was polished (Shakti, Kaushal, Muktha, myself)
- updated to the po files: zh_TW (Abel), nl (Vincent, Kees),
  sr (Danilo), ml (FSF-India), ru (Valek), hu (Andras), zh_CN (Wang),
  az (Metin), sk (Stanislav), pt (Durate)
