tsclient == a frontend for rdesktop and other remote desktop tools


Changes

* now requires rdesktop 1.3 and vnc 4.0
* remove compact mode
* add default option, save defaults in ~/.tsclient/default.tsc and it will
load at startup
* added manpage from debian (thanks Andrew "Netsnipe" Lau)
* added hostname to window title in rdesktop
* added support for rdesktop sound redirection
* lots of automake voodoo (thanks Andrew "Netsnipe" Lau)
* fix location of .desktop file for VFS
* fixed bug in VNC code
