Description
===========

Libxml2 is the XML C parser and toolkit developed for the Gnome project
(but usable outside of the Gnome platform).
It also provides the xmllint XML/HTML processing tool.

 (added --xmlout to implement the previous behaviour of saving it
  using the XML serializer)
