GNOME Desktop Themes 2.3.2.1

Description
===========

A set of desktop themes for GNOME, including the GNOME 2.3 default theme
("Simple"), and many designed for users with low or limited vision.

Enhancements
============

- Added engine for high contrast themes (Bill Haneman) 
- New/updated translations: Welsh (gnome-cy group and Kyfieithu),
Portuguese (Duarte Loreto), Hindi (Guntupalli Karunakar), Serbian
(Prevod.org), Traditional Chinese (Abel Cheung), Japanese (Takeshi Aihana),
Czech (Miloslav Trmac).

Fixes
=====

- Change white secondary focus indicator in Simple theme (#10903, Xan
Lopez)
- Added missing "NautilusIconContainer::frame_text = 1" to HC themes
(Calum)
- Don't link Crux testapp to unnecessary libs (Christian Marillat)
- Fix name in HCLP/index.theme.in.in (#102432, Kjartan Maraas)
