Enhancements

This major release supports XFree 4.3.0 with its multiple layouts and all
tasty
XKB stuff. Actually, this release was not tested with earlier XFree
versions - so people are highly encouraged to upgrade.

Loads of translations are updated (thanks to GTP).

CPU eating, ineffective widget creation

Notes
=====

Bonobo-based preview in xkb capplet is far from being perfect. Please do
not post bugs related to it - it is under heavy construction.
