Enhancements

- Proxy support, read settings from GConf or from the environment
- Import subscriptions in OPML format and provide a few default
subscriptions
- Offline mode

Fixes
=====

- Autosize the item list columns so the Keep toggles won't drift to the
right
- Fix the browse button in feed information view
- Fix the blogroll subscriptions stuff, it was apparently broken since
0.16
- Fix dealing with invalid HTTP status lines
- Support all(?) HTML entities in item titles
- Deal better with broken DNS records
- Deal with redirects not containing a full URI
- Make feed sorting work if only one feed is selected
- Clean up error display: don't show exception memory location junk or the
errno in case of socket.error
- Fix main window size remembering
