Libcroco 0.3

Description
===========

Libcroco is a CSS parsing and manipulation library written in C for the
gnome project.

It provides :

-two CSS parsing apis: SAC and CSSOM.
-A CSS2 selection and cascading engine based on libxml2.
-The begining of an XML/CSS rendering engine based on the gtk+.

Enhancements
============
A better box width calculation in the layout engine.
added support of arbitrary "border" properties values in the layout
engine.

Fixes
=====
-Fixed a library versioning bug introduced in 0.2
