gnome-vfsmm wraps the gnome-vfs API for C++. It will soon be part of
gnomemm. We are still figuring gnome-vfs out so your criticism is welcome,
as always.

* transfer_*(): Added string-based versions of
  the methods.
* Uri::to_string(): Added default argument value.
* Use C casts instead of static_casts<> for 
  broken old gcc 2.95.4 compilers. bug #120619.
