Sincronized file user's crond with GConf ( it show an error when it's
fault)
Add languages it.
Changed all string that does not translate with _("  string..... ") , in:
	  callback.c function.c function_at.c function_cron.c
When i create a new crond 's file  , write in GConf also Mail and
address.
