GNOME Control Center-1.99.6, "One more time"

GNOME Control Center 1.99.5 is out at your favorite GNOME mirror.  This
release is a small release to fix a bad bug in the accessibility dialog
for the upcoming Beta.

New in this release:

 * Critical bug fixes to the Accessibility dialog and the Keyboard
   Shortcuts dialog (Jody Goldberg and Jonathan Blandford)

 * Setting the cursor should now work on startup (Jonathan Blandford)

 * Assorted bug fixes by Jonathan Blandford, Jody Goldberg, Richard
   Hestilow and Lauris Kaplinski

Requirements:

 * The latest libgnome and libglade needed for recent schema changes.  A
   relatively recent GNOME 2-BETA setup is needed for the rest.
