Bug fix release of unstable gnome-utils.

Here's whats new:


gcalc:
* fix bug #70151 having to do with numbers that should be zero
not displayed as zero (George Lebl)
* fix bug #72946 (negating zero) (Mikael Hallendal)
* fix bug #73951 (trigonomtric errors)


gcharmap:
* Fix ascii selection dialog including bug #72240 (Muktha Narayan, me)

gdict:
* strip whitesapce from lookup text (Bastien Nocera)
* fix credits dialog unresponsiveness (Deepa Chacko Pillai)
* hopefully fix infinite looping with bad server setups, see bug #72822

logview:
* fix scrollbar issues (Santhana Krishnan)
* Don't select rows on mouse over and make scroll wheel scrolling work
