Updates from Beta 4.0 to 4.1

* Some memory leaks detected and removed
* Options complete integrated into GPicScan
* Main options are now written into gnome config
  need confmake ( translate XML into .h and load and save ;-))
* adding galleria  
* Adding sets and status options into galleria
* Adding index creator
* More explain downloader ( improved from favorites )
* Adding internal set creator
* Adding activity lamps
* Rewrite properties editor ( GFile is not nice in all :(( )
* Adding stack jobs ( scanning )
* adding csv detection
* adding csv/crc splitter
* adding option for unpatched NT ( downloads will not insert into first pos
