Continuing the boring announcements, here's what's new for everybody's
favorite applets:

battstat:
* Fix bug #72388 (Bastien Nocera)
* Better error feedback (Bastien)

cdplayer:
* Add tooltips
* Fix crash on removal

charpick:
* Put selected character in CLIPBOARD so users can paste it - bug #51255

gkb:
* Fix translations  (Mark McLoughlin)

stock-ticker:
* Fix arrow display - #70919
* Fix gnome-vfs calls so that the applet doesn't block when updating
* Make default stocks Dow, Nasdaq, and S&P 500
* Fix font dialogs

gweather:
* Fix building on Solaris - #71933 (Laszlo Peter)
* Fix issues with not being able to update on startup (Todd Kulesza)
* Fix pango errors to display the degrees symbol

mini-commander:
* Fix initial sizing (Todd)
* Fix file selection - #71666
* Add tooltips
