Hey, everybodies favorite applets are released anew. Now officially a part
of gnome-applets is battstat the newer, better battery charge monitor.
Here's what's new

build:
* fixes for building on older autoconfs
* add battstat

battstat:
* Port prefs dialog to GtkDialog with instant apply
* bug fixes

charpick:
* Simplify applet and make prefs work

gkb:
* Much better pixbuf scaling

stock-ticker:
* make work with yahoo changes (Remi Cohen-Scali)

gweather:
* bug fixes (markb at cs columbia edu)
* port location selector to GtkTreeView
* Change displayed name to "Weather Report"
* fix bug where the applet wouldn't work after a failed update

mini-comander:
* port prefs dialog to GtkDialog and instant apply
* many bug fixes

mixer:
* bug fixes (Gediminas Paulauskas)

modemlights:
* fix initial sizing bug (George Lebl)

multiload:
* fix applet trying to run procman

panel-menu:
* add prefs menu (Seth Nickell)
* now a seperate process so it doesn't take panel down when it crashses
