Description
===========

Balsa is an email client for GNOME. It supports POP3, IMAP,
local folders, and goodies like multithreading.

This is stable, official 1.4.0 release for common consumption built
that uses GNOME-1.4 libraries.

- some of the races conditions addressed.
- adding mailboxes out of mailbox tree fixed.
- build fixes.
