New version of gtm (0.4.10)

Hi everybody, GTM has a new release 0.4.10.

For those of you who don't know gtm (GNOME Transfer Manager), gtm is
capable of downloading files from the network using FTP and HTTP
protocols.

The program is also capable of continuing the downloads and accepts drag
and drop of URL from netscape. You can dnd to the program or to the
applet (applet dnd is very usefull if you have a small monitor).

You can even dnd from gmc and gftp (need at least gftp version
2.0.5a). This means more than one URL at a time.

And now there is galeon (http://galeon.sourceforge.net/) which uses GTM
to do the transfers. It's the first client I saw (beside the gtm_applet
in gtm distribution) to communicate with GTM throught CORBA.

If you want to know more visit gtm page

You can download the source code, RPM (RedHat 7.x) or SRPM.

Changes since version last version (0.4.10):

        * OAF instead of gnorba, thanks to Christophe Fergeau
        <teuf users sourceforge net>

        * Added support for HTTPS protocol since wget supports it but
        you need to upgrade wget to 1.7

        * New icons thanks to Paolo Bacchilega <paolo bacch tin it>

        * Proxy settings are better looking now

        * Timeout value for wget is configurable now

        * Added new pref to run a shell command when all downloads
        completed (in other words, when gtm has done all it can do
        without user intervention).

        * Fixed bugs:
                - Crash when the config file was corrupted thanks to
                Joćo Alves Marques Carneiro <ee96090 fe up pt>
                - Check that target dir exists and is writable
                - Do not overwrite an existing file without asking the
                user if he wants a override or a resume
                - Fixed some problems in the spec file, thanks to Alex
                Converse

Integration with galeon will be broken until you upgrade to the next
release of galeon. This happens because GTM finally dropped gnorba to
use OAF.

It's all
for now.

Bruno
