[SECURITY] Libgtop 1.0.13

Hello. A new release of libgtop has been made. This release contains a
security fix for a remote exploitable format string vulnerability in
libgtop_daemon. This only affects those systems needing to run
libgtop_daemon. Linux systems are not affected.

This release also contains fixes so that it will parallel install with
the yet to be released unstable libgtop-2.0.
