Gnome-- provides C++ wrappers for the gnome-libs widgets, such as
GnomeApp, Canvas, Dialog, Druid, MDI, MessageBox, etc.
Changes

* App::create_toolbars() allows access to the widgets, demonstrated in
the menu example. (Murray Cumming)
* For gcc 3.0, we don't override the implicit include path. (Daniel
Elstner)
