ANNOUNCE: gnome-applets-1.4.0.3 "Hispa-applets"

Hello all applet-loving friends.

There's a new release of gnome-applets out. This one sports many brand
new spanish translations of many docs plus a couple of bugfixes here and
there. It also reverts one piece of broken software included in the last
release, so it should be even more stable now :) Please try it out.

	* Make the build system look for, and use, jw instead of
	db2html (this makes it possible to build docs on Red Hat Linux 	7.x).
