IRIX packages updated

Several GNOME packages for IRIX have been updated/added and are on the
GNOME FTP server at:

ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/stable/irix/

The homepage for these packages is http://freeware.sgi.com and an FAQ
can be found at
http://freeware.sgi.com/shared/faq.html#gnome . These packages are in
tardist format for easy installation with 'inst'. They have been taken
directly off the freeware.sgi.com and added here for convenience of
having global mirrors.

Below is a list of the changed/added packages:
