control-center-1.0.53 released.

In an effort to compete with gnumeric, I'd like to announce
control-center-1.0.53.  The only change in this one is a 1 line patch
from Steve Fox <drfickle@k-lug.com> to increase the sensitivity of the
mouse properties, as well as removal of bell-properties-capplet from the
potfiles (which make distcheck didn't catch, for some reason).

As a result, this release should actually compile.
