Announce: GNet 1.0.0 (network library)

GNet is a simple network library.  It is writen in C, object-oriented, and
built upon GLib.  It is intended to be small, fast, easy-to-use, and easy
to port.  The interface is similar to the interface for Java's network
library.  GNet comes with documentation and examples.  It is licensed
under the GNU Library General Public Licence.

Version 1.0.0 is now available.  This version is the first stable release.
Development will continue on a 1.1 series.
