Galway Web Weaver 0.40 (Mussetta) Released

After two months of silence this is the first full gnome version recoded using
libglade and the gnome-guile bindings. This development version is intended
for developers. Full scripting capabilities were added, preferences,html
internal previewing and reimplementation of the code.
Still lots of bug are included in the code as this is mainly a
developers version.  This version requires software from gnome CVS.
