GTop 1.0.7 "Copenhagen" has been released

Hello guys,

GTop 1.0.7 "Copenhagen" has been released.

This release contains both a lot of bug fixes and the first version of
the new GTop Manual from Telsa Gwynne (many thanks to her at this place).

Recently, there were a lot of bug reports about GTop crashing on exit
when closed with the windowmanager's close button. This bug was caused
by an error in the pixmap theme and had nothing to with gtop. It also
made other applications seemingly randomly crash.

If you are using a pixmap theme, please make sure you have at least
gtk-engines 0.10 or higher.
