new version of gkb

 There is a new version of GKB keyboard layout switcher applet in 
 the cvs repository. 

 I made a snapshot, can be found at
 http://projects.gnome.hu/gnome-applets-1.2.99gkb.tar.gz

 You may check your .keyprop files (they are in descs dir), and you can make
 your own and commit.

 Please send all comments, suggestions, and bug reports to the GNOME bug
 tracking database ( http://bugs.gnome.org ), so that we can fix the bugs
 for 1.4.
