Announce: New gtk (combo-like) widget in Gnome CVS

Hello all,

I am pleased to announce the C port of my SearchCombo Widget.
Check out gtk--addons and go to directory searchcombobox.
The widget and a test program should compile via ./autogen.sh.

What's this all about?

Search Combo is a Combo like widget which reconstructs it's list on the
fly (read in idle time).
This is primarily intended for a fast selection out of a huge database
by typing the initial letters.
gsc_test contains an file selection widget and an email-address
selection widget as examples.

I appreciate any comments about this widget.

Since this is the first public announcement expect it to have some raw
edges (e.g. tab completion is not yet done).
