Remarkable changes since 0.0.1.1:
 - Internally improved editor.
 - Initial menubar support.

The purpose of this library is to provide gnome applications with a way
to let the user choose what options he wants in his toolbars and how
should those options be arranged. It aims to be very easy to use by
developers, also.
