GNOME FTP reorganization

Hello,

The GNOME FTP site has been reorganized.  Hopefully this will help make
the development cycle of GNOME an easy transition, with not too much
confusion.

Basically stable/ and unstable/ directories have been added.  There is a
latest/ subdirectory there which contains symlinks to the most recent
version for the different distributions.

The start/ web pages on www.gnome.org have been updated.

Please be patient with the mirrors, and let us know of any problems,
or if you have ideas for how it could be nicer.
