This is a known bug in the Dectalk installer. Just run ldconfig manually,
and everything should be fine. If you run say by itself, it should speak
whenever you hit enter. It won't exit until you hit a control-d for end
of file. To have it read a text file, type "say -fi filename." For other
options, type "say -h."
