Problems with gnome-speech

Hi all,

I just sntalled Ubuntu on my desktop system. I checked out the latest
gnopernicus, gnome-speech, java-access-bridge and orca from cvs.

However, the festival driver of gnome-speech seems to work not
perfectly. In gnopernicus it only says "speech reloaded" and when I
start orca-setup, I get the following:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/orca/gnomespeechfactory.py", line 509, in __speak
    return speaker.say(text)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/orca/gnomespeechfactory.py", line 80, in say
    return self.gnome_speaker.say(text)

Any ideas what is wrong here?

Bram
