french braille table for gnopernicus

Hi, 

I don't understand why there is not a french braille table in 
gnopernicus. 
As I have no write access to the gnopernicus CVS, I suggest here to add 
it. I joined a french a2b table (fr.a2b) as an attached file. 
Can someone add it to the CVS tree ?

I've generated the franch table using tbltest (utility that is part of 
BRLTTY) from the text.fr_FR.tbl table.
