This message tells you that you are using a TTS without markers. Gnopernicus 
works much better with speech engines with markers like FreeTTS, ViaVoice 
etc.

This is a real ptoblem. Try to reinstall at-spi module. Then check if it works 
properly by running test/eventlistener-test program. If it will work, then 
try again to run gnopernicus.

This is caused by previous error.
