OK, I figured this one out!! Aparently, jhbuild did not build gettext
correctly when doing jhbuild bootstrap. msgfmt was not able to find its
shared library. I grabbed gettext-0.12.1 from ftp.gnu.org and compiled it.
Now, gnome-vfs builds fine. Hopefully this is the last snag in the process.
I'm doing another full build of the gnome-2.4 modules now. I'll jump up and
down and shout for joy if it works!! <smile>

I'm getting the following every time I try to compile gnome-vfs, from module
set gnome-2.4. I installed the following RPMs to provide the bzip2 support
required:
bzip2-1.0.2-6
bzip2-devel-1.0.2-6
I've included the full output frrom jhbuild and the .jhbuildrc file used and
my current environment vars at the following URL:
http://barajas.mit.edu/jhbuild/
Thanx in advance...
