Re: Gnopernicus Fedora and Festival

Hello, Saqib.
While I am not running Fedora, I am running Mandrake 9.2, I had to install
the following packages to get
speech going on my Mandrake 9.2 system:
libgnomespeech, gnomespeech, libgnomemag, gnomemag, gnopernicus, libatk,
libatspi, at-spi.
I also had to install the following festival packages: festival,
speech-tools, and all the compiled voices and lexicons which on Drake are
packaged separately.
It sounds to me like some package is missing. I only got it working by trial
and error, and found all the rpms I needed to get speech going.
I hope this gives you some pointers.
