gnoernicus problem

Hi,

I built gnome on redhat 8.0 using garnome 0.24.2.
The garnome distribution used a tarball for gnopernicus 0.3.1.  In order to
add support for brltty into gnopernicus, I tried compiling gnopernicus from
cvs, but when I do that, gnopernicus stops working alltogether.

The recompiled gnopernicus just says welcome to gnopernicus, creating window
and stops talking.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
