Hi Mattias:
Thanks for thinking of a11y. We need more developers like you to take
this kind of proactive approach. :-)
Does the NEWS document for GTK+ 2.9.0 provide a complete list of the new
widgets and has gtk-demo (or something else) been updated to use the new
widgets?
The news file should list all the major new things.
- GtkLinkButton can e.g. be seen in the about dialog in gtk-demo (which is part
of the very first example)
- GtkAssistant has its own example in gtk-demo
- GtkRecentChooser is not visible in gtk-demo yet. There is testrecentchooser
in tests, but that does not get installed, so you have to build gtk+ yourself
- GtkPrintOperation similarly is not in gtk-demo, but there is
print-editor in tests
- The new cell renderers are not visible in gtk-demo yet
- Notebook dnd can be tested using testnotebookdnd in tests
I'll try to get recent files and printing demos into gtk-demos...
Matthias
