Do you have the API somewhere documented?

I am currently playing a bit with abandoned kttsd code, a KDE 
text-to-speech framework in pre-alpha state, so it might make sense if I 
have a look at your implementation agnostic API to see whether it would 
be reusable. This might make later effords to write a bridge easier.

But before I promise too much, please note that I am currently not sure at 
all how much work I will really put into this. I am just trying to get 
some ideas what to do with that kttsd code...
