[g-a-devel]gap web pages broken

Hi

The gap webpages have a few problems:

* There is an html header and footer in each file which should not be
there, because it is added when web-devel-2 is built. 
* There are some broken links using file:// urls.

Should I fix it and send a cvs diff to someone?
