[g-a-devel]Seeking sr=? for bug 150603

Hi, jst
per aaronl's request., I create a new patch for additionally modifing some old bad style code. Please super review this new patch .http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=89522&action=view

*Bugzilla Bug 150603* Implementation of nsIAccessibleHyperLink
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=150603

Patch description:
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=89522&action=view
r=kyle yuan sun com, r=aaronl. This patch extents the nsHTMLLinkAccessible to support the nsIAccessibleHyperLink. This will make the text link accessible by ATK. And it also add a new class nsHTMLImageMapAccessible inherited from nsHTMLImageAccessible. nsHTMLImageMapAccessible is the accessible class for client-side map hyperlinks. In this patch, I think startIndex and endIndex are not valuable to be implemented now.
