To be "properly" accessible, the user really needs to be able to change
the background colour and the speed of scrolling too (the existing
'scroll buttons' aren't really very useful, IMHO).  And the default
fonts need to be taken from the user's chosen gtk theme-- I can't
remember if this currently happens or not.
