Michael and I chatted about the StateSet API, and I noticed that there
was no StateSet_create() available in cspi.
No wonder nobody was using _compare() !
sorry about that.
At any rate we should be able to reduce the roundtrips to two per
StateSet query (well, three if you count the "unref). Michael is working
on a fix (thanks again).
