[g-a-devel]States in ATK and at-spi

I have compared the states in ATK  and at-spi (Accessibility_StateType and 
AccessibleState).

Accessibility_StateType and AccessibleState both have a state COLLPASED but ATK 
does not. In ATK not EXPANDED for an object which is EXPANDABLE is equivalent to 
COLLPASED.

Accessibillity_StateType has a state HAS_TOOLTIP but neither AccessibleState or 
ATK does.
