XKBLayout lang-codes (XF86Config File)

I’m looking for the correct language code for swiss german keyboard layout to put into the XF86Config File .. Option ‘XKBLayout’. Tried de_CH, sg-latin, CH, sg and a few other values, but I don’t get that working correct ..

Any help’s appreciated!
