I have filed two accessibility-related bugs against libgnomeui:

GnomeIconList in libgnomeui needs additional API to allow access to the
image and text data of individual icons so an external library providing
accessibility support for libgnomeui can expose this information as per bug
61706.
GnomeIconList needs to be accessible through the keyboard, as per bug 61707.
Both of these bugs require fixes to ensure a fully accessible GNOME desktop.
