Mtools; was Floppy disk access in Gnome

What about adding the needed code into the 
GnomeVFS layer from the Mtools project;

Maybe ask the Mtools maintainers to make
a generic libmtools for gnome use by helping
with a definition of the GnomeVFS - Mtools 
interface.

I know this only works for a DOS floppy, but 
that's 99% of the problem.
