GNOME 1/2 parallel install for dummies

Hi,
I am currently testing if the GNOME 1/2 parallel install compilation is
dummy proof, and I have come to the conclusion it is not at the moment
;)

I am currently trying to make a RPM of gnome-utils 1.4.1.1 and is
getting the following error, which I hope someone can help me with.
I am using ORBit-0.5.11 and oaf-0.6.7 and bonobo-1.0.12 at the moment.
