Re: new build order

I have Red Hat 7.1 plus a lot of updates from roswell and/or 7.2... I'm using gcc "2.96"

I get:
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -I/gnome/head/INSTALL/include -DSYSCONFDIR=\"/gnome/head/INSTALL/etc\" -g -O2 -c esdlib.c -MT esdlib.lo -MD -MP -MF -fPIC -DPIC .deps/esdlib.TPlo -o .libs/esdlib.lo
gcc: cannot specify -o with -c or -S and multiple compilations

When trying to use vicious-build-scripts with the build order updated to what's stated below. I get this with vicious-build-scripts default build order for head, too...

Anyone care to clue me in one what might be up? vicious-build-scripts is pulling down autoconf 2.52 and automake 1.5

i did some dependency changes so a new gnome-core deps build order from
a clean Red Hat 7.1 install should be:

libtool automake autoconf pkgconfig audiofile esound gtk-doc glib
    linc fam-oss atk gnome-common pango libIDL ORBit2 gnome-xml gconf
    xml-i18n-tools bonobo-activation gtk+ libzvt libbonobo gnome-vfs
libglade libart_lgpl libgnome libgnomecanvas libbonoboui libgnomeui

i hope someone finds this useful (they are cvs module names for gnome
cvs packages)

i am about to run a snapshot and will update if this order is wrong.
