bug-buddy 2.1.0 released

in honor of sergei samsonov's 100th career goal last night, bug-buddy
2.1.0 is being unleashed upon the world.

i used to do funny release announcements.

the main change in this version is that it is for GNOME 2.0. it
requires the GNOME 2.0 Developer Alpha 2 release.

a lesser change is that this version (and all planned subsequent
versions) are being released under the terms of the GPL 2 *only*, rather
than optionally any future version of the GPL.

bug-buddy is a bug reporting tool for gnome. it can report bugs to
gnome's and ximian's bugzilla databases, and can include debugging
information in the case of an application crash.

inaccuracies and general mis-information can be read here:

    http://primates.ximian.com/~jacob/bug-buddy.org/

this version can be downloaded here:
