gtk-doc

Should we include gtk-doc in the release in some form? I noticed that
HEAD libglade will no longer build out of cvs with an older gtk-doc,
which led me to think gtk-doc could be considered part of the
platform.

It has a similar sort of status as intltool in that you don't need it
to build from tarballs, but you do to build from cvs, and we'd like to
encourage third-party developers to use (or at least I think, so,
anyway).

(And hey, if only it were as easy to use in projects as intltool...)
