gtkmm2 should be very complete, but almost certainly not frozen by then.
C++ bindings for the libgnomeui widgets will probably just be getting
started then.
It's hard to define 'language bindings for GNOME 2.0'. There are
probably no complete language bindings for all of GNOME 1.4, just the
most popular parts.
